Getting Started

Tania is a web application. This is a type of application that you need to host it on a server, then access it from your web browser. There are two ways to get started using Tania.

1. Self-hosted

Tania is a free and open source software (FOSS). It means you can download the software and install it on your server by yourself. You can use XAMPP or WAMP for your web server on your Windows PC/laptop, and you can use MAMP on your macOS machine. And if you use Linux you have to manually install the LAMP stack.

You can refer to the Tania installation steps.

The self-hosted installation is suitable for a farmer who has technical knowledge for the web application installation. Otherwise, you can ask someone who can help you to install it.

2. Managed hosting

The alternative to use Tania is using Tanibox VIP. You can find the information on our website.
